The Leadership & Staff

HighPoint City Church is led by a team of Pastors/Elders based on the New Testament pattern of eldership. Elders (Pastors) are individuals who are set apart by God to lead the church, having met the qualifications set forth in the New Testament books of 1st Timothy (3:1-7) and Titus (1:5-9) Led by a "Senior Elder" (i.e. Senior Pastor), it is the responsibility of this team to discern and set the overall direction for the church.

Ministry Area Leaders

A large part of HighPoint's ministry is overseen by great volunteer leaders.

These leaders carry the vision for their area of ministry and, in many cases, also direct a number of other volunteers.

Office Staff

As in many great organizations, it is our office staff who are the integral spoke that coordinates much of the church's work.
